I'm a woman that loves stripes, because if you are a woman that doesn't have hips or ass like me, the stripes can make it appear that you do. While most of these celebs pay over $100 for these gorgeous dresses, I was able to pick up these at Forever 21 for only $6.50 each.
These high waisted stripe skirts can be dressed up or down. Pair it with a blazer and high strappy sandals for a night on the town, or dress it down with a wife beater and flat sandals, for a day of shopping.
